ICAP accompanied Guangdong Provincial Governor Ma Xingrui to visit Kyoto University in Japan

On April 7, 2019, ICAP Chairman accompanied Guangdong Provincial Governor Ma Xingrui to visit Kyoto University in Japan. Governor Ma and President Minato Nagahiro of Kyoto University, exchanged views on the cooperation between the scientific research achievements of Guangdong Province and Kyoto University and the Chinese market.
