Investment Director of TMT

Responsibilities:

Responsible for organizing and coordinating various phases of investment work, including project mining, negotiation, transaction structure design, financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and return analysis, etc.; writing project proposals, project approval reports, listing or listing declarations Documents such as materials and industry analysis, and drafting business-related documents for submission and approval;
Actively seek project resources in the technology industry, be responsible for tracking and contacting project progress, and formulate project feasibility reports;
Assist in drafting the approval documents related to the project, and be responsible for the specific approval procedures;
Responsible for coordinating the cooperative relationship between accountants and lawyers involved in the project, solving various problems in the implementation of the project, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Graduated from well-known universities at home and abroad, with a full-time master's degree or above, with a professional background in information technology, Internet and other related engineering;
More than three years of working experience in equity investment or technology industry;
Familiar with the technology industry or have an in-depth understanding of a certain technology industry segment;
Accurately grasp the market analysis, financial analysis, project execution, profit point and operation mode of the project;
High professionalism and high enthusiasm for work, positive and optimistic work attitude, good communication and expression skills and teamwork skills.
