He worked in the IPO department of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, where he was mainly responsible for corporate IPO counseling and led 20 IPOs. Later, he joined a leading Japanese investment firm as a member of the investment decision committee and promoted the IPO of several companies, such as Takeuchi Manufacturing Co.
