Job Description:

 Partner secretary/Responsible for the smooth operation of the business, training secretarial skills.
Able to use secretarial experience/English and Chinese environment

 

Job Responsibilities:

As the secretary of the partner, in order to facilitate the smooth operation of the partner's business, you are responsible for all the secretarial work such as dealing with clients, group companies, and internal schedule adjustment.
I'm also responsible for overseas cooperation and foreign partners.

 

Main work content:
· Adjust partners' schedules (coordinate with overseas)
· Arrange business trips, meetings and gifts for partners
· Prepare thank-you letters and references
· Settlement of business trips and social expenses

 

As it is a position to support and accompany partners, so while building a career as a secretary,

< Qualifications/Requirements >
· General secretary experience and skills (about 3 years of experience)
· Manage your calendar in Outlook
· Working experience as a regular employee
